At AutoCheckSolution.com, we specialize in providing digital vehicle inspection reports to customers across the USA and Canada. All reports are delivered electronically via email, typically within two hours of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available before the report has been delivered.
Once a report has been generated and sent to the customer’s email, it becomes non-refundable.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
If a report is not received within two hours, the customer must notify us at info@autochecksolution.com within 24 hours of purchase for review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

The report has already been delivered via email or download.

The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information (such as an invalid VIN or license plate).

The customer changes their mind after the report has been sent.

The customer disagrees with the content or findings of the report.
All reports are generated based on publicly available data and visible vehicle information at the time of processing.
Exceptions
A full or partial refund may be issued only in the following situations:

The report was not delivered due to a technical error or system failure.

The customer contacts us within 24 hours of purchase and the report has not yet been processed or delivered.
All refund requests must be submitted to info@autochecksolution.com and must include the order number and a clear reason for the request.
